How the help centre is written
Documentation rots faster than code, and most SaaS help centres are a museum of screens that were removed two releases ago. Ours has three rules meant to slow that down.
- Every article is written against the shipped build, with the real labels and the real button names — not a design file
- Each article carries a last-updated date, and the date is real
- Anything about money, tax or compliance names the actual rule so you can check us — GST, TDS 194H at 2%, DPDP Act 2023, TRAI recording disclosure
- When a feature is not built yet, the article says so instead of describing it in the present tense
- There is a thumbs-up / thumbs-down on every article, and it goes to the people who write them
