LEAD MANAGEMENT

Give every enquiry a clear next action.

Keep the buyer, project, source and assigned person together. Work from the lead record through calls, follow-ups and visits, with the history available to the people who have access.

Keep the requirement in view

Start the next conversation with context.

A buyer may be comparing projects, configurations and timing. Keep the available details close to the lead, so the next handover starts from the record.

From first enquiry to useful follow-up

  1. Capture the enquiry

Add an enquiry directly or use a configured source connection. Review the buyer details and the project before acting.

  2. Review an existing match

Intake checks the phone number for an existing contact and relevant lead. Keep the registration history and review ownership instead of assuming every repeat enquiry is a new buyer.

  3. Assign the work

Use the available assignment settings and eligible team members. Review unassigned work when no suitable owner is found.

  4. Leave a next action

Record the call outcome, visit or note. Keep the follow-up date and current stage useful to the next person opening the record.

Keep context with the buyer.

The requirement

Record the project, budget, configuration and other available qualification details.

The source

Keep source and registration evidence available when reviewing repeat introductions or campaign results.

The history

Review recorded calls, activities and visits before starting the next conversation.

Treat contact preferences accurately.

Call and WhatsApp preferences can be allowed, refused or not recorded. An unknown field is shown as information; it is not silently converted into permission or refusal. Respect a recorded opt-out and confirm the buyer’s preference.

For NRI buyers, retain the country code and preferred calling window. Do not assume that two similar-looking phone numbers identify the same person without checking the record.

Connections and phone actions need the right expectations.

Supported lead-source connections require your account access, setup and a checked delivery. No connection is described as live merely because its name appears in the product.

Call from a lead, then record the outcome and next step. Manual logging works without call-history access. On supported corporate Android builds, optional call-log help can suggest a matching call's duration for you to review before saving.

This helper does not import incoming calls, calls started outside Saudaflow or your personal call history. It does not read your contacts, record call audio or identify an incoming caller. Calls to a configured company number are handled separately through the calling provider.

Review an agreed data sample before importing. This page does not promise a one-action reversal or a fixed import duration.
