Pricing + plans
Is there a setup fee? No — zero, on the CRM, on WhatsApp, on portal integrations and on onboarding. You pay the monthly plan and that is the whole bill.
Is GST extra? Yes, 18% GST extra on every invoice. We respect place-of-supply rules.
Can I add seats later? Yes, any time, and every seat change is prorated. One to ten seats is Starter at ₹799/seat/mo (₹639/seat billed yearly); eleven to thirty seats is Growth at ₹899/seat/mo (₹719/seat billed yearly); thirty and up is Enterprise, scoped and quoted with you. Going from ten seats to eleven moves you from Starter to Growth — nothing is switched off, and Growth adds approval workflows, the commission engine and the channel-partner portal.

Enterprise is ₹1,199/seat/mo from thirty seats, billed annually — it is scoped around your team size, process complexity and deployment requirements before it runs a single lead, so it is committed for a year. Privacy + security
Can SaudaFlow staff read my data? Not in the course of normal operations — staff have no standing access. Where access is required (support you request, an incident, a legal obligation), it is audit-logged and visible to you in your access log.
Where does my data live? Mumbai. Hostinger VPS for compute, Backblaze B2 Mumbai for cold storage.
Are you DPDP compliant? Yes — Data Principal Rights workflow is in-product.
What happens if I forget my password? Reset it from the sign-in screen — a secure link goes to your registered email, and your data stays right where you left it.
Onboarding
How long does onboarding take? Most teams are live in 48 hours. DLT registration for WhatsApp takes 2-3 weeks.
Do you migrate from Excel? Yes — drop your CSV/XLSX into Settings > Import.
Do you migrate from LeadSquared / Sell.do / TeleCRM? Yes — see the migration guides under Help.

Can two agents edit the same lead? Yes, with optimistic UI + conflict resolution.

Does iOS log calls? No — Apple does not expose call logs to apps.
Do I need a Meta Business account? Yes — for WhatsApp Business API.
