Cookies

Cookies, in plain English.

We use cookies to make this site work well and to see what is worth improving, and to know whether the advertising we pay for actually brings anyone here. That is the whole list. You can switch the measurement off in one click, and nothing on this site stops working when you do.

  • One click to switch off
  • Nothing breaks if you do
  • Nothing inside your workspace
  • No session recording
What they do

Three jobs, and nothing else.

No cookie on this site exists for any other reason. If one ever does, this page changes before it ships.

Remembering your choice

So we do not ask you again. When you pick from the cookie notice, we keep a record of what you picked. It holds a version marker, two digits and a date — nothing about you, and no third party ever sees it. This one cannot be switched off, because switching it off is what it is for.

Improving the site

So we know which pages are worth the work. These count page views and where visitors arrived from. They tell us that a page was read, never who read it. This measurement is shared with Google, and you can switch it off.

When “Improving the site” is enabled, our website keeps the referring site, landing page, campaign labels and advertising click references for this visit (30 minutes idle, 24 hours maximum) and attaches them to a demo request you submit, so we know how you found Saudaflow. Nothing is sent to Google, Meta or OpenAI. Turning the choice off clears the record; the form still works. An enquiry already submitted is not deleted.

Measuring advertising

So we know whether an advertisement worked. If we pay for an advertisement, these tell us whether it actually brought someone to the site. This measurement is shared with Meta, and you can switch it off.

Nothing from inside your workspace

None of this touches the product. These cookies exist only on this public website. They are not present on app.saudaflow.in, where your leads, deals, calls and documents live, so there is no path by which they could see a client name or a rupee figure.

The absences

What is not here.

A cookie page is only useful if the list of absences is as specific as the list of presences. These are checked against what the site actually serves.

On this site
  • The record of your choice — ours alone, no third party involved.
  • Measurement of which pages get read — shared with Google. Refusable.
  • Measurement of whether our advertising worked — shared with Meta. Refusable.
  • Our own enquiry-source record — kept in this tab only while “Improving the site” is on, and attached only to a demo request you submit. Refusable.
Not on this site
  • No session recording and no heat maps. Nothing replays your mouse, your scrolling or your typing. There is no recorder in the page at all.
  • No chat widget. Support is an email address, not a script from another company watching every page.
  • No third-party fonts. The typeface is served from this domain, so opening a page does not announce your visit to a font host.
  • No advertising network beyond the one above. No exchange, no retargeting broker, no data co-operative, and nobody pays to be mentioned here.
  • Nothing at all inside a workspace.
The switch

How to switch it off.

It takes one click and it applies to this visit, not the next one.

On this site

Cookie settings, in the footer of every page, opens the same panel as the notice. Turn either one off and save. We stop the measurement there and then, and delete what it had already stored in your browser.

In your browser

Every browser can block or clear cookies for one site from its own settings, and every browser has a private window that discards them on close. Neither needs our permission and neither breaks this site.

At Google

Google publishes a browser add-on that opts a browser out of its analytics on every site at once, and your Google account carries its own advertising controls. Both work whatever we do.

At Meta

Your Meta account settings control how activity collected outside Meta's own apps may be used for advertising. That control sits with you and Meta, and it applies whatever any individual site chooses to do.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Can I refuse and still use the site?

Yes, and nothing degrades. Choose Reject in the notice, or open Cookie settings from the footer of any page. Every page, every form, the pricing calculator and the demo booking keep working exactly as before, because none of them depend on a cookie.

Why is the measurement on before I choose?

Because of where you are. If your request comes from Europe or the UK, nothing is set until you say so. Everywhere else, including India, the measurement runs and the notice tells you so on the same screen, with the off switch next to it. India's consent rules under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 begin on 13 May 2027, and this page will change to ask first before that date.

Do these cookies see anything inside my Saudaflow workspace?

No, and it is not a matter of policy. They exist only on this public website and are not present on app.saudaflow.in, where your leads, deals, calls, documents and payments live. A cookie set on one host is not sent to another, so there is no path by which either could observe a lead, a client name or a rupee figure.

Who else sees this?

Two companies. Google receives the page-view measurement. Meta receives the advertising measurement. We do not sell, rent or share any of it with anybody else, we run no advertising network of our own, and no third party pays to appear on this site.

What happens if I clear my browser cookies?

Your choice is forgotten along with everything else, so the notice appears again on your next visit. That is the honest consequence of storing the choice in a cookie rather than against an account: we have no account for a visitor, and we would rather ask twice than identify you in order to remember.
