Know what you are installing. Then get to work.

Check the download page for the available Android version, device requirements and installation notes. The direct download is a test build, not a Google Play release. An iPhone release has not been verified.

Check these before downloading.

Your phone

The reviewed APK is for 64-bit ARM phones running Android 7.0 or newer. Check the download page for the current file details.

Your workspace

You need an existing Saudaflow workspace and working account access. Complete your first sign-in while connected.

The test-build warning

This APK has a debug signature and is installed outside the Play Store. Read the security and installation notes on the download page before continuing.

Install and check your first session.

  1. Use the Saudaflow download page

    Download from the linked product page and check its version, size and file fingerprint. Avoid copies forwarded without a source.

  2. Review the Android prompt

    Allow installation from the source you chose only after reviewing the warning. Follow your organisation’s device policy.

  3. Sign into the right workspace

    Use your account details while online. Confirm the workspace and role before adding field records.

  4. Check the field actions you need

    Open a lead, review your visits and check the pending-work queue. Grant location, camera or microphone access only when using the relevant action.

Updates and offline work

Compatible screen and asset updates can arrive through the app's update service. Native code, permissions and a new app version require a new APK. Call-log help requires a build that includes the native helper; a screen update cannot add it. Check the download page and release notes before updating.

Supported offline actions wait in the visible queue. An unsynced action is not yet proof that the office has received it. Check pending work and conflicts before signing out or removing the app.

Using an iPhone

A shipped iPhone app has not been verified. Use the web app for the workflows available there; a browser session does not establish native-app or offline parity.
