SaudaFlow is sold through a short call — we set up your workspace, your projects and your team with you. No card, no self-serve signup.
WhatsApp CRM
WhatsApp CRM for builders and brokers in India.
Indian property buyers answer WhatsApp. They do not answer email, they screen unknown calls, and they will not install your portal. So SaudaFlow puts WhatsApp inside the CRM: a shared team inbox on your business number where every incoming enquiry becomes a lead, every reply attaches to that lead's history, and the cost sheet goes out as a branded PDF in two taps.
A real 20-minute walkthrough with your own projects on screen. No card, no self-serve signup — we set the workspace up with you.

How WhatsApp becomes a CRM channel
Setup is a onboarding-call job, not a developer project. After that it runs itself.
01
Connect your business number
Your WhatsApp Business number is connected to the workspace during onboarding. Buyers keep messaging the number they already have; nothing about your published contact details changes.
02
Enquiries become leads
A first message from an unknown number creates a lead with WhatsApp stamped as the source. A message from a known buyer attaches to their existing card instead of starting a second one.
03
Your team replies from one inbox
The thread is visible to whoever owns the lead and to managers, with assignment so two people are not typing to the same buyer. Replies are attributed, so "who told him that?" has an answer.
04
Send the things that close deals
Cost sheet PDFs, brochures, floor plans, site-visit confirmations and location pins go out from the lead card. Everything sent is logged against the lead, permanently.
A shared inbox, not a personal phone
The default in Indian real estate is that leads live on personal handsets. It works until it does not: a broker resigns and walks out with two hundred live conversations, a manager cannot see why a hot buyer went cold, and a buyer who was promised a discount by one person gets quoted differently by another.
A shared WhatsApp inbox moves those conversations into the business. Threads sit against the lead, not the handset. When a broker leaves, their leads and their entire message history reassign in one action. When a manager needs to understand a stalled deal, they read the thread instead of asking for a version of events.
Assignment prevents the opposite failure — everyone replying to everything. A lead has an owner, the owner sees their queue, and managers see the whole board. Internal notes on a thread are internal: they are visible to your team and never sent to the buyer.

Templates, the 24-hour window, and not getting your number restricted
WhatsApp splits messaging into two modes and confusing them is how businesses get their quality rating downgraded. Inside 24 hours of a buyer messaging you, you can reply freely. Outside that window, you may only send a message template that Meta has pre-approved. SaudaFlow enforces that distinction in the interface rather than letting a broker discover it as a failed send.
Template approval with Meta typically takes 24 to 48 hours and occasionally runs to five days. That is a real dependency on your go-live date, so it is surfaced on day zero of onboarding rather than mentioned once you have already paid. We help you write templates that pass the first time — the common rejections are promotional language in a utility category and variables that could be read as spam.
A separate and frequently confused point: DLT registration is the TRAI-mandated process for SMS sender IDs and templates, it takes two to three weeks, and it applies to SMS, not WhatsApp. If your campaign plan includes SMS, start DLT on day one. We will tell you that on the demo call, not in month two.
What actually gets sent from a property CRM
The messages that move a real estate deal are specific: a cost sheet with the full break-up, a floor plan, a site-visit confirmation with the gate location, a booking acknowledgement, a payment-milestone reminder, and the follow-up nobody remembers to send on day three.
Each of those is generated from data already in SaudaFlow, so nothing is retyped and nothing is wrong. The cost sheet PDF carries the exact base price, floor rise, PLC, parking, stamp duty and GST for that unit. The site-visit confirmation carries the actual scheduled time and a map pin. The follow-up carries the buyer's name and the configuration they asked about, because a generic blast reads like a blast.
Automations can fire these on the events that should trigger them — a site visit marked done sends the thank-you and the next-step message the same evening, rather than four days later when someone reviews the sheet.

Privacy: WhatsApp is where your PII is most exposed
A property conversation contains a buyer's name, phone number, budget, family situation and often loan details. Under the DPDP Act 2023 that is personal data you are accountable for, and a WhatsApp thread scattered across six personal phones is the hardest possible thing to answer a data-principal request about.
Inside SaudaFlow those threads are stored encrypted at rest on Mumbai infrastructure, isolated per workspace, and every staff access writes an audit row you can read. Consent state and opt-outs travel with the lead, so a buyer who asked not to be marketed to will not receive a campaign message from a broker who never saw the earlier conversation. Erasure requests remove the thread with the lead rather than leaving copies behind on handsets.
No. Your existing WhatsApp Business number is connected during onboarding, so the number on your hoardings, portal listings and visiting cards keeps working. What changes is where the conversation is stored — in the CRM against the lead, instead of on one broker's handset.
How long does WhatsApp template approval take?
Meta usually approves in 24 to 48 hours, occasionally up to five days. We surface this on day zero because it sits on the critical path to your first campaign. Utility templates such as site-visit confirmations approve fastest; anything with promotional language in a utility category is the most common rejection.
Is this the same thing as DLT registration?
No, and mixing them up costs weeks. DLT is the TRAI-mandated registration for SMS sender IDs and templates and takes two to three weeks. WhatsApp template approval is Meta's process and takes days. If your plan includes SMS, begin DLT on day one of onboarding.
Can my brokers still use WhatsApp on their own phones?
They can, but the business conversations should run through the shared inbox — that is the entire point. The mobile app puts the same inbox on their handset, so there is no productivity reason to fall back to a personal thread, and a manager is never blind to a live deal.

On the demo we will run an enquiry through the whole loop — lead created, replied to, cost sheet sent, site visit fixed — on your projects.
