Getting your Saudaflow workspace

How a new workspace is created, and how to sign in the first time.

There is no signup form. Your workspace is created by us, on a demo call, and it is ready to work in about five minutes.

  1. Book a demo at saudaflow.in/get-demo — 30 minutes, on your own pipeline.
  2. On the call we confirm your company details, your seats and who does what.
  3. We provision the workspace: seats created, roles set, your existing leads imported, WhatsApp connected.
  4. You receive a sign-in link at your work email. Set a password of at least 12 characters and you are in.

Adding a colleague later does not need a call — an admin invites them from Settings > Team and their seat appears on the next invoice, prorated.

What happens behind the scenes

Your leads, contacts, and deals are stored encrypted at rest in the Mumbai region, isolated to your workspace. SaudaFlow staff have no standing access to your records — any staff access for support or legal compliance is audit-logged and visible to you in your access log.

Forgot your password? Reset it from the sign-in screen — a secure link goes to your registered email, and your data is right where you left it.
