Working on your own, or working with a team.

Leads, deduplication, attribution, calling, WhatsApp, site visits with GPS check-in, inventory and cost sheets, bookings, payments, documents, the mobile app and the audit trail behind all of it — that is Solo, ₹599 a month for one person, or ₹6,468 for the year. Professional Team is what a second person makes possible: team members, assignment and routing, approval chains, team dashboards, and the whole channel-partner side with its commission ledger, CP Connect and Buyer Connect. It also carries ILMS, the live site plan. ₹899 per seat per month, from two seats, invoiced quarterly — or annually for 10% less. Custom is ₹1,499 per seat per month on those same two rhythms, for a builder whose process the CRM has to be built around — plus a one-time setup fee, quoted on what you need, and deployment in 15–25 days.

  • Built for Indian real estate
  • Free demo on your own projects
  • Solo is one seat · Professional Team from two
  • No setup fee on Solo & Professional Team
  • Row-level tenant isolation
  • DPDP Act 2023
  • Set up by the Saudaflow team
  • Nothing charges automatically — a person raises every invoice

This switch is for Professional Team and Custom. Quarterly keeps the first invoice small; annual takes 10% off the seat rate. Change at renewal, either way. Solo is billed monthly or annually: ₹599 a month, or ₹6,468 for the year — ₹539 a month, which is ₹720 less than paying by the month. There is no quarterly Solo, so this switch does not change the Solo card; both Solo figures are printed on it. Custom is billed on the same two rhythms as Professional Team, so the switch moves its rate too. Its one-time setup fee is quoted separately, and no switch on this page changes that.

Solo

One person, one seat
₹599/ monthbilled monthly · not per seat
Or ₹6,468 a year — ₹539 a month, ₹720 less
No automatic renewal

Best for a broker or a one-person office selling direct — every enquiry answered first, nothing falling through, and the whole selling engine from day one. ₹599 buys the workspace, not a seat, so there is nothing to multiply.

  • Lead capture — CSV import, walk-ins and manual entry; feeds need setup
  • Deduplication & attribution tracking — one lead per buyer, ownership by timestamp
  • Pipeline, follow-ups and SLA reminders
  • Site visits with GPS check-in and mandatory feedback
  • Inventory, holds and cost sheets — every project you run, no limit
  • Bookings, payment milestones, documents & KYC tracked to the receipt
  • Calling with the outcome sheet — log a call from the lead; a missed call you log goes straight to a callback time
  • Workflow Builder, your own reports and dashboards with Excel / PDF export
  • Audit log — append-only, full history, evidence-grade
  • Call, WhatsApp, follow-up and check-in from the lead in the mobile app, offline-friendly
  • Custom fields · activity logs · field attendance · export of your own data
  • Portal CSV import; WhatsApp needs Meta approval and setup
  • No second seat, at any price — Solo holds exactly one person. Adding a colleague means Professional Team, which starts at two seats.
  • No assignment & routing, approvals or team dashboards — there is nobody to assign to, an approval chain of one can never complete (self-approval is blocked everywhere), and there is no other work to roll up. Your own numbers are never gated.
  • No channel-partner module — the partner directory, onboarding, commission profiles, the commission ledger, payouts, CP Connect and Buyer Connect are on Professional Team
  • No ILMS site plans — the live site plan with DXF/PDF import, presentation mode and live layout links is on Professional Team and Custom. Inventory, holds and cost sheets stay on Solo.

Choose a month or a year. Nothing charges you automatically at renewal. Said plainly, because it is the one thing worth knowing before you start: Solo is a one-person plan and it cannot be made into a two-person plan. It is not a seat limit you top up — the second person is what Professional Team sells. Nothing is lost when you move: your data is already there and the team features switch on.

Custom

Scoped to your process
₹1,349/ seat / monthbilled annually
Annual saves ₹1,800 per seat a year
₹16,188 per seat a year · + a one-time setup fee, quoted

Best for builders and large CP networks that need the CRM to match an existing process. The seat rate is the same for everyone — ₹1,499 per seat per month. What gets scoped on the call is the build: your workflows, your migration, your integration and how you want it deployed. That work is the one-time setup fee, and it is quoted on what you actually need.

  • Everything in Professional Team, including ILMS layouts — live site plan, DXF/PDF import, live layout links — plus:
  • Custom workflows built around how you already sell, not around our defaults
  • Multi-team & multi-project control — zones, projects and org chart mirrored; a zonal head never sees a peer zone
  • Tailored deployment, dedicated onboarding and data migration
  • API and MCP integration, scoped and quoted — built with you as part of the setup, not a self-serve key you switch on
  • Scheduled report delivery to the people who need it, on your cadence
  • Advanced analytics and bulk exports
  • Priority human support — never ticket-only

On top of the seat rate, Custom carries a one-time setup fee, quoted on how complex the build is — configuration, migration, integration and deployment scoped together on one call, then deployed in 15–25 days. That fee has no list price and there is none on this page: it depends on what you need. Solo and Professional Team have no setup fee. Said plainly: there is no self-serve API key or MCP endpoint today. The integration is work we do with you, and it is quoted with the rest of the scope. Custom is not bought from this page — the seat rate is fixed, the scope is agreed on a call, and the workspace is set up after that.

Prices exclude GST. 18% GST is added on top.

Real estate-specific workflows, not a generic CRM — built for Indian builders and channel partners. Faster follow-ups, fewer missed leads, and a record that settles arguments. Solo is ₹599 a month for one person — one workspace, not one seat, and nothing to multiply. Professional Team is ₹899 per seat per month from two seats up, on the billing rhythm that suits your cash flow: quarterly, or annually for 10% less. On Professional Team the figure on the card is the per-seat-per-month rate and the line under it is the smallest invoice you could actually receive. Custom is ₹1,499 per seat per month on those same rhythms, plus a one-time setup fee quoted on what your build needs — it is set up after a scoping call, not bought from this page. Within Professional Team there are no seat bands and no ceiling — two people and forty people pay the same rate per seat. The one real seat limit on this page is Solo's: exactly one person, and a second seat is not something you can buy on it.

Solo or Professional Team

The first question is whether anyone else sells with you.

A portal enquiry is never yours alone. The same buyer is commonly sold to several brokers at once — industry accounts of this market put it at four to fifteen — and whoever calls first usually wins. That is the market, not our product, and every plan here helps you call first. What happens after the call is where the money is actually lost, and it is lost in the two arguments below — both of which only exist once someone else is selling for you.

The desk it all runs on

Channel partners

Every broker firm as a real record — onboarding, KYC, RERA registration, tier and territory — and behind each one a commission ledger that moves Accrued → Scheduled → Paid, tranche by tranche, against the payment milestones and documents you set.

TDS under section 393(1) (old 194H) and 18% GST are worked out on the way out, dated correctly, with the ₹20,000 financial-year threshold tracked per partner. A lapsed RERA registration blocks that partner's payout before it becomes your problem.

Holds, reviews and clawback flags are states on the ledger, not notes in a spreadsheet, and every one of them is audited with who did it and when.

Solo is the plan for one person selling on their own, so it carries none of this. Nothing is deleted if you move down and back up — your partners and their ledger are still there.

Argument one — "this buyer was site-direct"

CP Connect

Give every broker you work with a login. It costs you nothing per broker — a portal login is not a seat, and nothing caps how many you hand out.

They register the buyer themselves, in your CRM, at a time you can both read afterwards. Three months later nobody is arguing from memory: the record has a timestamp, and it is the same record your own team is working from.

Each partner sees their own leads, visits, commission and notices — and nothing of anyone else's. A lapsed RERA registration blocks that partner's payout, loudly, before it becomes your problem.

You could put a broker on an ordinary paid seat instead — but that is a Professional Team seat either way, because Solo has no second seat to give them, and a plain seat carries no partner record, no registration timestamp and no commission ledger. CP Connect is the version that costs no seat at all.

Argument two — the commission dispute

Buyer Connect

The customer who books gets a login of their own: their unit, payment schedule, receipts, documents and the queries they have raised — the same figures your finance team is looking at.

A buyer who can see the money stops phoning for updates, and stops being the lever someone pulls in an argument later. Nothing about the money is hidden from them, reversals included.

It stays your decision: the portal is opt-in per workspace, it carries your brand name, logo and accent colour, and a buyer's own opt-out cannot be reversed by your staff.

Both portals support email or phone plus a one-time code. The builder must enable access and record the buyer's or channel partner's email address. SMS delivery remains blocked while DLT registration is pending. Email delivery depends on the configured mail service; an available email option does not confirm that a code reached an inbox.

Solo is the plan for one person selling on their own. Professional Team is the plan for the moment somebody else is selling with you — and for when other people's money is in the room. On the invoice that is ₹599 a month for the whole Solo workspace against ₹899 per seat per month on Professional Team, from two seats: ₹2,697 per seat a quarter, or ₹9,708 per seat a year. Everything a single person can actually use — leads, dedupe, attribution, calling, WhatsApp, visits, inventory, bookings, payments, documents, the mobile app and the audit log — is in Solo too, and is not withheld to make the upgrade hurt. The one exception is ILMS, the live site plan, which is sold with Professional Team and Custom.

What you get

What is actually in each plan

Every row below is something the product does today, and every row is real estate work — dedupe, attribution, site visits, commissions, possession — not a generic CRM with property fields bolted on. Professional Team adds what a second person makes possible — team seats, assignment, approvals and team dashboards — plus the complete channel-partner module with commission, CP Connect and Buyer Connect — and ILMS layouts, the live site plan. Solo is one person: the rows it shows a dash against are the ones a single user cannot use, not features held back — with one exception: ILMS layouts, which are sold with Professional Team and Custom. If a row matters to you and sits in a higher plan, say so on the demo call — we would rather price it honestly than surprise you.

What will I actually pay?

Solo: ₹599 a month or ₹6,468 a year. That is the whole bill for the one-person workspace — it is not a per-seat price and there is nothing to multiply.

Professional Team: ₹899 per seat per month, from two seats. It is invoiced for a term rather than month to month, so the figure on your invoice is ₹2,697 per seat a quarter or ₹9,708 per seat a year — annual is 10% off the monthly rate, which works out at ₹809 per seat per month. The smallest Professional Team invoice is therefore two seats: ₹5,394 a quarter, or ₹19,416 a year. A 6-person team is ₹16,182 a quarter or ₹58,248 a year; a 15-person team is ₹40,455 a quarter or ₹1,45,620 a year.

Custom: ₹1,499 per seat per month. Invoiced ₹4,497 per seat a quarter or ₹16,188 per seat a year; annual is 10% off, which works out at ₹1,349 per seat per month. On top of the seat rate there is a one-time setup fee, quoted on how complex your build is — we will not print a figure for it here that your scope might not match. Deployment takes 15–25 days. Custom is not bought from this page: the seat rate is fixed, the scope is agreed on a call first.

What is the difference between Solo and Professional Team?

A second person. Solo is the complete CRM for one person working alone, and it holds exactly one seat — not one seat to start with, one seat full stop. You cannot add a colleague to Solo at any price. The second person is what Professional Team sells, which is why it starts at two seats.

What only a team can use sits on Professional Team and not on Solo: inviting team members, assignment and routing rules, approval chains, and the team, zone and project dashboards that roll other people's work up. Those are not withheld to make the upgrade hurt — one person cannot use them. An approval chain whose only member is the person requesting can never complete, because self-approval is blocked everywhere in this product. Your own numbers are never gated.

Professional Team also carries everything to do with channel partners: the partner directory, onboarding and self-registration, KYC and verification, tiers, territories and notices — plus commission profiles, the three-state commission ledger with TDS under section 393(1) (old 194H) and 18% GST, payouts and clawbacks.

On top of that module sit the two portal logins. CP Connect gives every broker you work with their own login — no seat, no per-broker fee — so an introduction is registered in your CRM with a timestamp instead of argued about three months later. Buyer Connect gives the customer who booked a login to their own unit, payment schedule, receipts and documents.

ILMS is the one exception. The live site plan — the architect’s DXF or PDF imported to scale, every plot’s status on the plan, presentation mode and live layout links — is something one person could use, and it is sold with Professional Team and Custom, not Solo. That is a packaging decision, said plainly.

Everything else a single person can use is on Solo too: lead capture, deduplication, attribution, calling and the outcome sheet, WhatsApp, follow-ups, site visits with GPS check-in, inventory and cost sheets, deals, bookings, the payment ledger and receipts, documents and KYC, cancellations and refunds, the Workflow Builder, your own reports, the full mobile app, the full audit log, and export of your own data.

On the invoice: ₹599 a month for the whole Solo workspace, against ₹899 per seat per month on Professional Team from two seats — ₹2,697 per seat a quarter, or ₹9,708 per seat a year.

Before using either portal, your builder must enable access and record the buyer's or channel partner's email address. Email or phone can identify the account for a one-time code. SMS delivery remains blocked while DLT registration is pending. Email delivery depends on the configured mail service; requesting a code does not confirm inbox delivery.

How do we actually pay you?

Solo is paid monthly or annually; Professional Team is paid for a quarter or a year. The amount and term are shown before payment. Book a demo and we walk you through it.

Renewal works the same way: an invoice, in advance, that you choose to pay. We would rather ask you for the next term than take it quietly.

Why by people instead of per lead?

Per-lead pricing punishes you for marketing that works, and quietly encourages people to keep leads out of the CRM. Tying the price to people ties it to the thing you actually control.

Solo is not per seat at all — ₹599 buys the whole one-person workspace, and no number of leads changes it. Professional Team is per seat, from two seats up, so the cost follows the size of your team and nothing else.

Can we change plans later?

Contact us before changing a paid plan. A change from Solo to Professional Team needs review while a paid term is active. Your existing records are retained.

Be clear about the one direction that is not a price question: Solo holds exactly one seat, so you cannot add a colleague to it at any price. Adding a second person means moving to Professional Team, which starts at two seats.

Within Professional Team you can add seats any time. Because the term runs to a fixed date, extra seats are charged for the part of the term still to run, and we show you that figure and get your yes before we raise the invoice — never after it. Seats you buy do not extend the term. Review the next term and seat count before paying for renewal. Above two seats there are no seat bands and no ceiling — a two-person office and a forty-person sales floor pay the same rate per seat.

How fast is onboarding?

We use a seeded demonstration workspace to show the workflow. The Saudaflow team then sets up your own workspace with you. Setup, imports and provider approvals are agreed for your paid plan; timelines depend on the work and each provider.

Where does our data live, and who can read it?

Isolated per workspace and enforced in the database itself rather than by application code. Every sensitive action is written to an append-only audit log — it is append-only at the database level, so it cannot be edited or deleted, not by an admin and not by us.

How do we get our data out if we leave?

Export any report or record set to Excel or PDF yourself, any time, from inside the product. Ask and we will produce a full workspace export.

There is no exit fee and no automatic renewal charge. Choose whether to pay for another term. Your paid access continues until the end of the term you bought.

If a subscription ever lapses, your records stay visible and exportable. We do not delete, hide or hold a workspace's own data to ransom because it stopped paying. Either way your data is yours and leaves with you.

See it with your own projects in it.

A 20-minute demo in a seeded workspace. We review your projects, team and setup needs. The Saudaflow team sets up your workspace with you.

No card needed for the demo. Prices are on this page, not behind the call.
