Saudaflow is sold through a short call — we set up your workspace, your projects and your team with you. No card, no self-serve signup.

For solo agents

A CRM app for solo real estate agents and independent consultants.

You are the sales team, the back office and the person who remembers that Mrs Deshpande wanted an east-facing 2BHK under a crore and cannot move until her daughter's exams finish in March. SaudaFlow is that memory, on your phone: the buyer named before you answer the call, a correct cost sheet in two taps, and a follow-up cadence that runs whether or not the day went to plan.

A real 20-minute walkthrough with your own projects on screen. No card, no self-serve signup — we set the workspace up with you.

One person, one phone — sounding like a team of five.

What actually changes in your week

Four things a solo agent does dozens of times a week, each one shorter and better than the version you run today.

  1. 01

You answer the phone already knowing

The current public Android test build supports manual call outcomes and optional outgoing call-log help. Incoming caller recognition and a new production mobile release still require acceptance. No shipped iPhone build has been verified; use the web app for its available workflows.

  2. 02

    You quote without going home

A full cost sheet for the exact unit, with floor rise, PLC, GST, stamp duty and the payment schedule, generated and sent on WhatsApp from the car park.

  3. 03

    You never lose the follow-up

The cadence runs on schedule — the day-three call, the week-two check-in, the message after a site visit — and stops the moment the buyer replies. No mental list, no sticky notes.

  4. 04

You know where the month stands

Which leads are ageing, which visits converted, what brokerage is accrued and what is overdue from which builder. In one screen, in your pocket.

The compounding cost of being one person

A solo agent's constraint is not skill or hustle — it is that everything routes through one head. Forty live buyers, each with a budget, a configuration, a locality preference, a timeline, a spouse who has not seen the flat yet, and a last conversation that happened somewhere between eight and eighteen days ago.

What breaks first is follow-up. Not the important ones — you remember the buyer who is about to book. The ones that break are the medium-warm buyers who needed one more nudge in week three and got it in week seven, by which time they had already been called four times by somebody with a system.

The second thing that breaks is how you sound. Answering an unsaved number and having to ask who is speaking, or promising a cost sheet "in an hour" that arrives the next evening, tells a buyer exactly how much competition you have. The fix is not working harder; it is having the same memory and speed a larger firm buys with headcount.

  • Every buyer's budget, configuration and timeline in one place
  • Follow-up cadence that runs without you remembering
  • Lead context available when you open the record
  • Correct quotes sent while the buyer is still thinking about it

Looking like a firm, without pretending to be one

Buyers making a crore-scale decision read professionalism from small signals. A cost sheet arrives as a branded PDF with a full break-up rather than five numbers typed into WhatsApp. A site-visit confirmation names the time, the project and the correct gate with a map pin. The follow-up references what they actually said last time.

None of that requires a support team. It requires the data to exist and the templates to be set up once. The cost sheet reads from the rate card you loaded at the start; the site-visit confirmation reads from the appointment you booked; the follow-up reads the lead's own history.

The site visit itself carries a check-in with a GPS pin and a photo, which matters more for a solo agent than it sounds. When you are working leads for a builder or alongside a partner firm, contemporaneous evidence that you were at the gate with that buyer is the difference between a brokerage claim that gets paid and one that gets argued about.

Getting paid, tracked properly

Solo agents carry receivables too, and they are usually tracked worst of all — a few WhatsApp threads with a builder's finance contact and a strong sense that something is outstanding. A tranche that fell due on registration eight months ago is exactly the kind of money that quietly never arrives.

Commission workflows require Professional Team or Custom, from two paid staff seats. Solo does not include the channel-partner module or commission ledger. Review the plan and a sample commission calculation with the team before purchase.

Use the recorded invoice number, due date and payment state when following up. The software does not predict when a developer will pay.

  • Expected brokerage attached to every booked deal
  • Tranche triggers on agreement, registration and possession
  • Commission and brokerage invoicing require Professional Team or Custom
  • TDS at 2% under section 194H, with the certificate tracked

Everything on the phone, including with no signal

A solo agent does not have a desk to go back to, so a CRM that needs a laptop for anything real is a CRM that will not be updated. All 47 features run natively in the Android app — pipeline, WhatsApp inbox, call logging, site visits, cost sheets, inventory notes, the brokerage ledger and the dashboards.

It is offline-first, which in Indian real estate is not a nice-to-have. Basement parking, an under-construction eleventh floor, a township site past the last reliable tower — check-ins, new leads, dispositions and cost sheets all work with no bars and sync when signal returns.

Solo is ₹599 a month or ₹6,468 a year for one person and exactly one seat. Professional Team starts at two seats: ₹899 per seat per month, billed at ₹2,697 per seat per quarter or ₹9,708 per seat per year. Custom is ₹1,499 per seat per month, billed at ₹4,497 per seat per quarter or ₹16,188 per seat per year, plus a one-time setup fee quoted before purchase. GST is not currently charged while registration is pending. Payment is required before account setup; there is no free trial.

Frequently asked questions

Is ₹599 a month worth it for one person?

Only if you are closing enough that a lost lead hurts. If you handle five or six live buyers at a time you can hold that in your head and probably should. If you are running thirty or forty, one recovered deal a year pays for several years of subscription — and the lost ones are usually medium-warm buyers you meant to call back, not the ones you remember.

Can I use it if I work with multiple builders?

Yes. Leads, cost sheets and brokerage are scoped per builder and project, with separate rate cards and commission terms, so working across five developers does not turn into one confused pipeline. It is the same structure partner firms use, just with one seat.

Do I need an Android phone?

The current public Android test build supports manual call outcomes and optional outgoing call-log help. Incoming caller recognition and a new production mobile release still require acceptance. No shipped iPhone build has been verified; use the web app for its available workflows.

How do I get started?

We agree the plan, scope and setup steps with you. CRM access requires received payment. Data preparation, access and provider delivery checks affect how long rollout takes.

Twenty minutes, and you leave with it working.

Bring your live buyers and one builder's rate card. We will load them, set your cadence, and put the app on your phone.
