Guides

No guides yet. Here is what we owe you.

A guide is a bigger promise than a help article. A help article tells you where the button is; a guide tells you how to run a desk — what to measure on Monday, what to do when a launch dumps four hundred leads in an afternoon, how to pay a channel partner without an argument three months later.

We have not written those yet. Writing them badly would be worse than the gap, so this page tells you exactly which six are planned and what each one has to earn before it goes up.

0 guides published. Nothing here is downloadable, gated, or hidden behind a form — there is genuinely nothing to download yet.

The bar a guide has to clear

Anything we publish here has to be usable by someone who does not use SaudaFlow. If a guide only works because you already bought the product, it is a manual, and manuals belong in the help centre.

  • Written for a specific job on a specific desk — not "10 tips for real estate success"
  • Correct on Indian regulation, with the actual rule named so you can check us
  • No invented statistics and no survey we did not run
  • Free to read, no email gate, no PDF download that costs you an address
  • Dated, and revised in place when the rules change — not left to rot

The six guides on the list

In the order we expect to write them. Each one gets published free, on this site, with no email gate.

  • Moving a broking desk off Excel

What to export, what to throw away, how to split one messy sheet into leads, contacts and deals, and how to keep the team from quietly using both for a month.

  • Working portal leads without losing them

99acres and MagicBricks dump leads at odd hours and rate-limit at peak. Routing, deduping, first-response discipline, and what "speed to lead" is actually worth in this market.

  • Running a launch weekend

Inventory holds, walk-in capture, site-visit check-ins at the gate, and the daily numbers a sales head needs at 9pm on a Sunday.

  • Channel partner economics that survive audit

Registration windows, attribution when two partners claim the same buyer, GST on brokerage, TDS 194H at 2%, and an ageing report you can chase without a spreadsheet.

  • DPDP Act 2023 for a real estate firm

What consent has to look like when the lead came from a portal, how long you may keep a cold lead, and what a data-principal request means when you are the Data Fiduciary.

  • WhatsApp without a TRAI notice

DLT registration, template approval, the 24-hour window, recording disclosures in the buyer language, and where firms usually cross the line.

Which one should we write first?

If one of the six above is the thing standing between you and a working desk, say so and it moves up the list. Requests from customers jump the queue.
