What "via a BSP" actually costs you
Meta sells WhatsApp Business messaging on a conversation model and publishes the rates. A Business Solution Provider is an authorised partner that resells that access with tooling around it, and almost every Indian CRM — TeleCRM included, per their public feature pages — uses one. It is a legitimate architecture and it is how most of the market ships WhatsApp quickly.
What it means in practice is two things. First, a margin: the BSP adds a per-conversation or per-message charge on top of Meta’s own rate, which at a few thousand conversations a month is a line item worth reading. Second, a support path: when a template is rejected or a number goes into review, you raise it with the CRM, the CRM raises it with the BSP, and the BSP raises it with Meta.
SaudaFlow connects to the Cloud API directly. Your WhatsApp Business Account is registered to you, template submissions go to Meta from your account, and approval takes the 24 to 48 hours Meta takes — occasionally five days, which is Meta’s timeline and not something any vendor can shorten. The trade is that you own the relationship, including the parts of it that are annoying.
Real-estate-shaped software versus a real-estate configuration
Every general CRM can be made to hold property data. You add a custom module for inventory, a formula field for floor rise, a picklist for RERA status, a workflow that emails a cost sheet. It works, and firms run on exactly that setup for years.
The cost shows up later. The cost sheet template needs updating when the GST treatment changes between under-construction and ready-with-OC. The brokerage calculation needs correcting when TDS under section 194H moves — it is 2% now, and a CRM still deducting the old rate creates a reconciliation problem for your accounts team, not a software problem. The unit hierarchy needs extending when a project adds a wing. Each of those is a small job, and each one lands on whoever set the system up.
When those things ship as product, the vendor carries that maintenance. That is the actual argument for a vertical CRM, and it is worth less to you the less of your business is property. If real estate is a quarter of your revenue, a horizontal CRM is very likely the right call.
How to check this page without trusting it
Read our pricing page — the rates in the table above are on it, in rupees, with GST stated. Download the Android APK from the download page and watch caller ID name a lead before you answer; that is the feature that is hardest to fake in a demo. Ask both vendors, in writing, where your data is stored and who on their staff can read it. Ask both what a WhatsApp conversation costs you all-in, including any partner margin.
Four questions, both vendors, and you will not need either company’s comparison page. If any row in our table is wrong, tell us and we will correct it here rather than quietly deleting it.
