Workflow rule definitions are tenant-encrypted. The engine evaluates them on tenant-controlled keys — SaudaFlow staff cannot read what your rules do or which leads they match. Action payloads (WhatsApp body, email body) decrypt only inside the per-tick PLAINTEXT_WINDOW and re-encrypt before any log write.
