SOFTWARE & DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

Be clear about the service you are buying.

If your PropertyPistol proposal includes sourcing, distribution or network services, evaluate those terms alongside the CRM workflow. This page does not assume what is included in your current proposal.

Put the scope in writing.

Lead or inventory access

Identify any promised source of enquiries or inventory, eligibility, commercial terms and the evidence for those commitments.

Daily sales workflow

Review intake, ownership, calls, visits and follow-up separately from any distribution arrangement.

Partner records and money

Check registration windows, commission milestones, adjustments and the records available to each party.

What to evaluate in Saudaflow

Saudaflow provides a CRM workspace. No lead supply, inventory network or deal-flow guarantee is included in this comparison. Bring the records your own business needs to manage.

  1. Register an introduction

Review the timestamp, buyer details and attribution rule. A phone call is not the ownership record.

  2. Check a unit

Review available inventory and the permissions to hold or update a unit. Confirm what each partner is allowed to see.

  3. Record the visit

Inspect the check-in evidence and any flagged or unverified location result, then add the next action.

  4. Trace the commission

Inspect the accrued, scheduled and paid states with their supporting booking and payment details.

Channel partners, the commission ledger, CP Connect and Buyer Connect require Professional Team or Custom.

Check the phone workflow carefully.

Call from a lead, then record the outcome and next step. Manual logging works without call-history access. On supported corporate Android builds, optional call-log help can suggest a matching call's duration for you to review before saving.

This helper does not import incoming calls, calls started outside Saudaflow or your personal call history. It does not read your contacts, record call audio or identify an incoming caller. Calls to a configured company number are handled separately through the calling provider.

Check the download page for the available Android version, device requirements and installation notes. The direct download is a test build, not a Google Play release. An iPhone release has not been verified.

Ask PropertyPistol to demonstrate its current device workflow for the exact plan being quoted. This page does not rank a competitor’s call capture, connections or data-hosting arrangements.

Compare the total written offer.

Solo is ₹599 a month for one person — the whole workspace, not a per-seat price — or ₹6,468 a year. Professional Team is ₹899 per seat per month from a two-seat minimum, invoiced ₹2,697 per seat a quarter or ₹9,708 per seat a year (₹809 a month). Custom is ₹1,499 per seat per month, invoiced ₹4,497 per seat a quarter or ₹16,188 per seat a year (₹1,349 a month), plus a one-time setup fee quoted on what you need; deployment takes 15–25 days. GST is not currently charged while registration is pending. Payment is required before account setup; there is no free trial.

Request a dated PropertyPistol quote and separate software seats, distribution services, setup and usage charges. Do not compare a bundle with a seat price without accounting for the different scope.
