BUYER GUIDE · UPDATED 10/09/2026

Ask for payment instructions. Track the record.

Buyer Connect lets you review your booking’s payment schedule and request a payment link from the builder’s team. Submitting that request does not charge you or mark a milestone paid.

Follow the payment request through.

  1. Open the right booking

Check the project, unit and milestone in your payment schedule. Ask your relationship manager if the amount or due date needs clarification.

  2. Request the payment link

Use the available payment-link request action. It creates a request for the builder’s team to handle.

  3. Wait for confirmed instructions

The team must provide the payment instructions. This portal guide does not promise an instant checkout, particular payment methods or financing.

  4. Review the recorded receipt

After the builder records a payment, review the receipt and statement available for your booking. Requesting a link alone creates neither a receipt nor a paid status.

Already raised the request?

An open request stays in the team’s queue. Review its status or ask your relationship manager for an update instead of creating repeated requests for the same booking.

If you have already paid and the statement has not changed, share the payment reference with the builder’s team so they can check the record.

Get help with the booking.

Amounts, tax documents, cancellations and refunds depend on your booking agreement and the builder’s records. Ask the builder to confirm the applicable terms and any required correction.

Need a payment update?
