BUYER GUIDE · UPDATED 15/09/2026
Start with the link from your builder.
Buyer Connect offers email or phone access with a one-time sign-in code. Your builder must enable the portal and link your contact record to an eligible booking.
Check these before requesting a code.
Use your builder’s portal link
Open the link supplied by your relationship manager. A staff CRM login is a different entry point.
Use the email or number saved by your builder
Choose email and enter the address saved on your buyer contact, or use the recorded Indian mobile number where that delivery route is available. Ask the builder to correct outdated details before trying again.
Check the delivery message
Email access needs your saved address, an eligible booking and a working sender. A shared email that matches more than one buyer does not select a buyer automatically. A request acknowledgement does not confirm that a code was delivered.
Ask for help if the code cannot arrive
SMS and WhatsApp sign-in delivery are currently blocked. If email is unavailable or no code arrives, contact your relationship manager for help.
If you cannot get into the portal
The builder can check whether the portal is enabled, whether your booking and contact are linked, and whether the contact details are correct. They can also share your statement, receipts and paperwork directly while access is being resolved.
NRI buyers can use the email address their builder has recorded for an eligible booking, subject to email delivery. The phone route accepts an Indian +91 mobile number; do not replace an overseas number with a made-up Indian number.
Once you have access
Buyer Connect is included with the builder’s Professional or Custom plan when enabled. Your view covers the bookings and documents made available to your buyer account.
Keep the builder in the loop.
Your relationship manager can check the booking and contact details behind your access.
