A workflow is a trigger, optional conditions, and one or more actions. Like IFTTT, but tuned for Indian real estate.
Examples
- 99acres lead in Powai > assign to closest broker.
- Lead idle 7 days > escalate to manager.
- Site visit ended > schedule next-day follow-up call.
- Booking confirmed > create commission tranche.
