The site-visit motion is a three-step loop.

  1. Schedule — pick date, time, project, buyer. WhatsApp invite goes out.
  2. Check-in — the agent hits Check in on arrival; manager dashboard reflects in < 3s.
  3. Debrief — capture decision (book / consider / no-go) + next step.
