Site visits — schedule, check-in, debrief

Run a site visit in three steps: schedule it with the buyer and project, check in when you arrive, then debrief with the buyer's decision and the next step.

The site-visit motion is a three-step loop.

  1. Schedule — pick date, time, project, buyer. Message the buyer on WhatsApp.
  2. Check-in — the agent hits Check in on arrival; the check-in reaches the manager view once it syncs.
  3. Debrief — capture decision (book / consider / no-go) + next step.
