Kanban
Drag-and-drop between stages. p95 < 200ms on 10K leads. Optimistic updates with rollback on conflict.
Cluster
Density-first. See 200 leads on one screen, sized by deal value, colored by stage. Best for end-of-day triage.
List
Spreadsheet familiarity. Sort, filter, multi-select, bulk-edit, bulk-assign.
