No WhatsApp message is sent from Saudaflow today:

  • Number linking needs Meta approval and setup — see WhatsApp integration setup.
  • Sending from the CRM is not offered, so no template is used.
  • To reach a buyer now, tap WhatsApp on the lead; the touch is logged.
