A lead is missing

Recovery steps: trash, audit, archive.

If a lead is missing, walk through these steps:

  1. Check the Trash — deleted leads live there for 30 days.
  2. Check the Audit log — search by phone hash to see if the lead was reassigned.
  3. Check the Archive — closed-lost leads auto-archive after 90 days.
  4. If still missing, raise a ticket — we restore from encrypted backup.
